I’m a Christian and a writer – wishing to be better at both.
I’m from Tallaght in Dublin, now living in the beautiful village of Kilcullen, Co. Kildare. I have no children but do have a house full of musical instruments, books and gadgets. Though many of my family got my mother’s ‘classic’ beauty, I got my father’s sense of humour & high forehead.
If I could get away with talking & writing for a living I would but instead I work part-time in administration and part-time teaching music. I have an Honours Degree in Theology and am currently studying for a Post Grad Diploma in Applied Theology with the Irish Bible Institute in Dublin.
If you’re looking for me you’ll very often find me on Twitter @amowriting (formerly @auntyamo) Google+ I’m auntyamo
As well as my personal blog I have a fiction blog www.ficticiousamo.wordpress.com
I love to write guest posts so shout if you’re interested – you can find a list of publications & guest posts here
You’ll also hear me pop up the odd time on radio

I don’t know where all this writing is going to take me but I do know this…
LORD, unless you build this house, I am building it in vain. (based on Psalm 127:1)

Hi AuntYamo,
I just came across your site and saw that you’re interested in Christian Music.
I am currently working with Christian Pop/Rock artist, John DeGrazio, who has just released his third album, Stronghold, and I would love to send you a copy to check out for your site.
John is an accomplished singer/composer/producer and a two-time ASCAP Award winner. He has a number one hit song to his credit, has worked with many major label artists, played in the Dove Award winning group Burlap to Cashmere, and toured with Jars of Clay, DC Talk, and Jaci Velasquez.

Hi! I’ve nominated you for Liebster award. Check out the post on my blog: http://robertasdreamworld.wordpress.com/2013/03/08/ive-been-nominated-for-liebster-award-2013/
Dear Roberta
You’ll always be welcome!
First of all please forgive me for the delay in responding. March is zooming past me at an alarming rate.
I’m truly honoured that you’ve nominated me for the Liebster award. I’ve seen it on one or two blogs and it looks like great fun
I’ve only recently done ‘The Next Big Thing’ on my blog, so would you mind if I waited a bit.
Maybe later in the year I could do when my readers have forgotten that I’ve already answered a bunch of questions about myself lol
I hope you don’t mind… as I said I’m thrilled to have been nominated.
Delighted to hear that you love Ireland so much
Where did you live when you were here?
No problem! I don’t think there’s a deadline for the post.
I lived for a few months in Dublin and in Sligo. Now I’m thinking about moving to the Aran Islands
Thanks Roberta, I appreicate that.
Make sure to get in touch if you do come this way. It would be great to meet up.
Wow! The Aran Islands are fab! Great views and atmosphere to get the creative juices flowing
Thanks again, A x
